I got this recipe from ShamsD. It's a great recipe when you are in a hurry. Here's the recipe.1 tin creamed sweetcorn
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3 large beaten eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 tbs finely chopped chilly
finely chopped coriander leaves
pepper powder
60g softened butter
1/2 cup of grated cheese
1/2 cup of grated green pepper
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Drop spoonfulls into greased muffin trays.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
