CHICKEN LIVER

This was my Dad's favorite. It's a quick chicken liver recipe.
Heat a pan & add some oil.
Add 1 finely sliced onion & cook until brown.
Add 1 tsp garlic paste & the cleaned, washed livers.
Add some thyme,1 tbs dark soya sauce & salt. Stir & cook uncovered until all the moisture has dried & the liver is cooked.
Add freshly ground black pepper & green chillies if you like it hot.
Turn off the heat & add finely chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot with paratha or bread.
