These make great appetizers! I used marlin but you can use any fish fillet.
Wash fish & cut into bite sizes. Marinate with garlic, salt , pepper & 5 spice powder.
Dip each piece into beaten egg & coat with breadcrumbs.
Deep fry til golden. Serve with chilly or tomato sauce.
